Delete your Tellivro account

You can request deletion of your Tellivro account and associated data. This page works on its own — you don’t need to have Tellivro installed, and you don’t need to reinstall or open the app.

Email a deletion request

This opens an email to tellivro@the-wonder-collective.co.nz with the subject “Tellivro account deletion request”.

Before you send it

Please send the request from the email address associated with your Tellivro account, so we can verify that the account is yours.

What deletion means

Deleting an account will delete the account and associated Tellivro data, except information that The Wonder Collective Limited is legally required or otherwise legitimately required to retain.
